Future Interface and Interaction
ROLE
My main role was as an Industrial Designer to research and find design opportunities. I later on played a vital part in ideation and prototyping.
DESIGN TEAM
Our team consisted of mostly motion media and interaction design students with 2 industrial designer.
PROJECT SCOPE
Create the future (10 years from 2014) interface of the BMW Ultimate Driving Machine.
AUDIENCE
Our audience would be millenials that in 10 years from 2014 will be in their 30's and interested in BMW.

DELIVERY
We created a video to present our process and concepts.
RESEARCH
This project took a lot of research to understanding a long history of the brand and its users. Most design opportunities came from learning about the history of the industry, its innovations, competitors and technologies.
IDEATION
Coming up with concepts while researching like the possibility for augmented reality and a smart dashboard. The ability for your dashboard to mirror your mobile devices and create a seamless experience. A way to customize your car from your tablet and simply improving interactions and controls while prioritizing safety and driving.
MOCK-UPS AND ERGONOMICS
Understanding space and placement of features was vital for our concepts.
